Sensei Roger Tuson

Sensei Rog had to get over 25 years of somewhat ‘relaxed’ living in order to get fit enough to reach his black belt but after over four years being taught by Sensei Paul Bosley managed to turn himself around.

Having caught the fitness bug, Roger is also a NVQ Level II Fitness Instructor and Stability (Swiss) Ball coach, and reckons that right now, at the age of 50, is fitter than he has ever been in his life. He definitely wishes he’d got into martial arts all those years ago!

Sensei Rog has an Enhanced DBS certificate and is qualified in Basic First Aid.
